How do I schedule my first appointment and fill out paperwork?
You can request an appointment online or call the office directly. Once you’re scheduled, our staff will provide you with new patient paperwork to complete before your visit.
What insurance and payment options do you offer?
We accept most major health plans and have flexible self-pay options. Contact our office for more information.
Accepted plans include: Aetna, BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna, Johns Hopkins EHP, Medicare, Optimum Choice, Surest, UMR, United Healthcare, VA Community Care, and others.
We also accept: Auto accident (PIP), workers’ compensation, and attorney-represented injury cases.
Do I need a referral to get started?
In most cases, no. You can book directly, but we’re happy to coordinate with your doctor if needed.
What should I expect during my first visit?
We’ll review your medical history, discuss your symptoms, and explain your care options. You’ll receive treatment on day one if appropriate.
Will I need chiropractic, physical therapy, or both?
That depends on your condition and goals. During your first visit, we'll evaluate which type of care (or combination) is best for you.
Is care safe for children or during pregnancy?
Yes—our treatments are conservative and tailored for each stage of life, including prenatal and pediatric care.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Bring your identification, insurance card and any relevant medical records. We’ll take care of the rest.
